Twin Wire Arc Spray Coating System
The Twin Wire Arc Spray Coating System is a versatile solution for applying protective and functional metal coatings across a wide range of industrial applications. Using an electric arc to melt metallic wires and compressed air to atomize the molten particles, the system produces a fine, uniform spray that adheres strongly to the substrate.
Suitable for pure metals, alloys, and cored wires, it is widely used for anti-corrosion coatings and surface restoration. Designed for efficiency, reliability, and adaptability, the system provides consistent performance in demanding environments, making it an essential tool for modern surface preparation and coating operations.
Twin Wire Arc Spray Process

Twin wire arc spray process uses DC power to energize two conductive wires: one positive and the other negative. The two wires are electrically charged with opposing polarity and are fed into the arc gun at matched, controlled speeds.
When we bring the wires together at the contact point, the opposing charges on the wires create enough heat to continuously melt the tips of the wires. We use compressed air to atomize the now molten material and accelerate it onto the workpiece surface to form the coating.
